... live near the snozone so I go quite often. It is a good facility which could be a lot better than it is. As regards poor snow conditions (mentioned in one review), when I used their skis, sometimes it made me a complete idiot- one ski or the other would almost stop! Ski Llandudno ... I now live in Llandudno I have written various reviews about the town itself, The West Shore, The Beach Cafe, the Great Orme, the Tramway and the Copper Mines to be specific. I am very proud of my new home town as you will see in these reviews and so I thought I would tell you about the ski slope that we have here. The Llandudno Ski & Snowboard Centre is owned and run by John Nike Leisuresport. It is situated on the Great Orme about 415 feet above sea level so before you even begin to think about skiing, snowboarding etc. you can enjoy a fantastic view of Llandudno Bay and the Irish Sea. Where is it? You ll find the Ski Centre 415ft above sea level, in Llandudno. Opening Times - It is open throughout the year from 10am-10pm Facilities - The main attraction for many will be the 200m main slope, they also have a training slope for beginners and where they offer lessons. Snowdome Tamworth ... visited Tamworth Snowdome last week, we had booked the Santa s Winter Wonderland experience as a birthday treat for our, now 6 year old daughter. Santa s Winter Wonderland is a wonderful indoor festive experience which runs from late November all the way through until the end of December. It involves 25 mins playing in an artificial round walkway of real snow and snow slides, then you watch a short show, starring Sooty, Sweep and Sue, and Santa of course, then you go on to meet Santa s Reindeer and other animals.
