Advantages: Its New!

Disadvantages: Not an enclosed ground!

St Mirren football ground has now moved from Love Street. This is still in Paisley but they have a new stadium.

They have a lower seat capacity now. I went to the first game played at their new stadium and I would recommend if for any St Mirren fan because this is there home ground but I was not impressed with the service at the food area as this was very slow.

I was also not impressed with the queues for both the toliets and food which linked with each other so was quite hard for people to move in and out around each other. I would however say this stadium being new was very nice, the seats and building/brick area was very nice.

I would however also like to say that when I was there I could not make out any of the words or noise that was coming from the box at the side of the ground which was supposed to be making announcements throughout the game. This was very low. I was also distracted by the trains that were going by every 15 mins due to the stadium not being enclosed.

Tickets for St Mirren games can be purchased from their website of by going to their box office in their ground. Tickets range in price from £10 - £30. If you are St Mirren fan this ground is the ground to be. It is such an improvement from their ground at Love Street, as I am not a St Mirren fan, I am not sure if the new ground has a new name yet.

I have only ever been to the one game here at that was their first.. So I am sorry if this review if very plain and bland but it was my one and only time visited.

Summary: Ok nothing great!

I think it might be called New St Mirren Park, but I'm not sure!
