Brilliant Bridge (Stamford Bridge (Chelsea FC))
Member Name: AdamFitz
Advantages: Hospitality, Uniqueness, Fans are friendly, some fantastic matches. Disadvantages: Food and Drink, Atmosphere occasionally, ticket prices in places.
As a Chelsea fan living in Ireland, I've only been to the stadium twice, but I've enjoyed both. My first visit in 2004 was fantastic, it was amazing that when I stayed in the hotel, to get into my seat all I had to do was walk through a door, up some stairs and into my seat, not outside, through stalls, etc, just a luxury way of getting there, pretty special. While I'm talking about the hotel, it was a nice one, the room was really nice. One thing I didn't like about it was that you had to pay a fee of £25 to get into the Leisure Centre, a bit steep that. The food and drink in the stadium could be better but it's OK, you'll get by with it. Summary: Great place to visit, recommended. |
