Renfrewshire Leisure is a collection of sporting halls that all get called Renfrewshire Leisure.

In total there is 8 leisure centres which can be accessed by all.

There are called:
Elderslie Leisure Centre
Erskine Sports Centre
Erskine Swimming Pool
Johnstone Swimming Pool
Lagoon Leisure Centre
Linwood Sports Centre
Renfrew Leisure Centre
Renfrew Victory Baths

In these centres their are fully equipped gyms, swimming pools and classes which are held for anyone to attend.

Johnstone Swimming Pool - is located in Ludovic Square in Johnstone and is open daily. Monday 9.00am - 21.30.. Tues - Friday - 7.30 - 21.30.. Saturday and Sunday 10.00 - 16.00.. In this centre there is a 25m pool, this is the deepest pool in the whole of the Renfrewshire collection. Johnstone has a sauna room which is located downstairs from the pool..Swimming lessons are available here, spectators area is located around about the area.. The gym in Johnstone is fully equipped with treadmills, weights, cycling machines as well as all other gym training equipment found in well equipped gyms.
Aqua Aerobics are held in this centre and cost £5


Renfrew Victory Baths - is located on Inchinnan Road in Renfrew. It has a 25 yard pool and its very own Sauna suite. I can not comment on this pool very much as I have not used it. My partner visited this a lot when he stayed in the area and found this pool ok to use.


Renfrew Leisure Centre -
Renfrew Leisure Centre, is one of the newest centres to the group in Renfrewshire. It opened up in 2004 and is one of the most popular centre for activities being run here.
The centre has halls and dance studios which activities are run in. The centre has a sauna area which in the times I go can not be accessed for some reason.
The centre runs over 34 different activities throughout the week.



Linwood Sports Centre -
Linwood is one of the busiest Centres of them all due to the activities which are held here. Football pitches(floodlight)/rooms can be booked here as well as halls for badminton and dancing.
It has a large indoor seated capacity hall. This can be booked and accessed by contacting the centre.
The Centre also has a gym which can be accessed easily in the centre.
There is a small hall which hosts a range of sports club nights.
There is currently runs 52 different activities.
The Linwood Leisure Centre has halls which can be hired out for kids parties and staff at the linwood centre would be more than happy to help you with any enquiries about this.


Lagoon Leisure Centre -
The Lagoon leisure centre has newly been refurbished and no longer has the ice rink which used to be situated here. In the lagoon they have a swimming area, this has a pool which has chutes and flumes. The cute is always open and can be accessed by anyone, the inflatables are out at different intervals mainly being the weekend. The Lagoon main pool has a wave machine which comes on regular.. This can be annoying if you are trying to do normal lenghts and the waves start to come on. The Lagoon always has a smaller pool included in this are but apart from the big pool. This can be accessed by younger children and parents with toddlers. This pool is used for Water Aerobics throughout the week, is always busy so would recommend booking.
The Lagoon also has a gym and changing facilities which can be accessed by all.
In the leisure centre a cafe can be found where refreshments can be purchased for those spectating in the swimming area, or waiting around at the reception area. Vending machines are located throughout this centre.
The Lagoon had an Indoor football venue which can be accessed by calling the centre and booking this.
Also the Lagoon has large halls which cater for all the classes that the Lagoon hold throughout the week, if I remember right there is now approx 40 odd different classes on throughout the week so there is got to be a class to suit everyone, from cycling to body combat to trampoling there has got to be something.
I would recommend the Lagoon for its classes.
The Lagoon is located in Paisley and is situated straight across from Mill Street Police Station there is plenty of car parking spaces which you get charged for during peak hours tho you get a refund for this at the til if you take it with you when entering the centre


Erskine Swimming Pool - I have never used this pool because it is outside my area tho with my card I can use this. I believe this pool is 25m and is quite a popular swimming pool. 21 different activities are run from this centre and cater for all young to old. So no excuses pop yourself down.


Erskine Sports Centre - I have never used this sports centre but can tell you that it runs around 32 different activities throughout the week from body combat to cycling to aerobics. Something for everyone again. Erskine has a multi- sports surface hall, a dance studio and meeting room which can be booked by phoning the centre.



Elderslie Leisure Centre -
Elderslie is one of the smaller of the centre. It has a 25m pool. This is situated in the heart of Elderslie and is easily accessed. It is approx 5 - 10 min drive from Johnstone. It has a Sauna and a dance studio which can be accessed by all.
Parking is situated at the centre and the centre currently runs approx 19/20 differenct activities throughout the week.
Swimming lessons can also be accessed at this pool, contact the centre for more details.

Discounted entry to these centres are available for students, single parents, card holders.

Customers can access all of these centres and swimming pools for a small monthly fee depending on when you like to use them.

All individuals need to pay a £15 joining fee..

Centres can be hired out for parties and occasions.. these can be arranged by contacting the centre and arranging these through them.
