Advantages: a great size for clubs level

Disadvantages: none

A fact that many of you may not know - Wrexham's racecourse ground is th oldest international football ground in the world . You might be thinking 'Its not an international ground ' but thats where you would be wrong as the Welsh National football team still play matches there .
It is basically the home of Wrexham Football Club who are in the Blue Square Premier (the fifth tier of english football ) . The average attendance of Wrexham's football matches this season has been around 3,000 which is quite dissapointing for a ground that holds 15,000 . The ground is set to see huge development this summer in the form of 'wrexham village' which will see the ground have a new all seater kop end , also some student accomadation and some retail opportunities . It is going to be completed in 3 phases starting this july . The ground has seen some great sporting events such as Wrexham beating Arsenal in the F.A cup and also many great internationals , and arguably the best welsh goal of all time Mark Hughes's scissor kick against Spain . It is a great ground to visit as an away supporter and you will experience a great day out .

Summary: a great club
