The Star Centre is located in the heart of Splott in cardiff. It is a council leisure centre, and library combined. Cardiff Council has many leisure centres that can be used by anyone and the Star Centre is quite a new one. You can pay each time you use it or join paying a monthly subscribtion. The Star centre is on Splott Road so if you know the area it is quite easy to find. It has a reasonable sized carpark outside and a bus stop just outside so access for all.
