... Town is a shop located literally above the Tube station of Oxford Circus. It is a very large shop and i suggest that if you are looking for something specific, you ask the staff where to find it. Isla Bikes ... Tuesday 27 March, my son turned three making him officially a “big boy” as he reminds us on at least an hourly basis. His dad and I thought it only appropriate to celebrate this graduation into “big-boyhood” by buying him his first “big boy” bike. Streetwise Sports ... advice is do not buy from Streetwise Sports. Placed an order 4 weeks ago for a cut price special offer Man United football shirt. Promised faithfully it would be dispatched. Did it arrive no !!! After multiple calls managed to speak to someone there who tells me it has all been hush hush and they have been taken over and therefore there was no hope of me getting my shirt. What is going on. The chap told me he had disappointed at least 300 people like myself. Thanks a lot Streetwise, I am now wise to you. Have placed an order with another company and lets hope they dont let me down. Nike Town ... what we thought would be the highlight of my son s 13th birthday has turned into a nightmare. We travelled all the way from Bangkok to buy him a pair of Nike Vapours only for them to fall apart back in Bangkok after three (yes 3) training runs. 80 GBP down the drain. The front inner studs housing have pulled right off the shoe body. I ve tried to glue them with epoxy resin but not sure if that will work given the material under the stud (soft material) or whether my son will just rip them apart during his next run.
