      A great store. Would recommend.

I visited this store a couple of weeks ago with my husband as we needed a few camping essentials for a holiday we have planned.

The store was very easy to find with sat nav, as it was just off the M54 and then on straight roads for a while. The only downside as soon as we got there was the car park, it was very tight and as our car is not the smallest, it was incredibly difficult to manoeuvre it round, but we did manage, it just took a lot of small turns, but with the average car you would be fine. Anyone with estate cars or pick ups though be warned.

The store is open from 9am- until 8pm week days, 9am to 6pm saturdays and 10.30am to 4.30pm Sundays (with a half an hour browsing period from 10am to 10.30am).

The store is very large, and boasts that the company is one of the largest retailers of outdoor activity equipment in the uk, and on entering the store, I think that is probably true.

Outside the store are a large variety of tents, set up, so you can see the size and details of them, some of them are really huge, but there was a great variety and even though we didn't need a tent we spent a good 10 to 15 minutes looking round them, they all have price labels near them.

On every price label throughout the store there are two prices, one is the discount card price and the other is the non discount card price. A discount card costs £4.00 and you can purchase one with your shopping and get the discounts, I would really recommend this as you will save a huge amount of money with it, the £4.00 is a wise investment.

The store stocks a lot of products including a huge range of outdoor activity equipment for things like climbing and bike riding, a wide range of clothing and footwear and an impressive display of camping accessories. The store is very tidy and neat, and it was easy for us to find what we were looking for and browse for extras.

The prices with the discount card are very competitive and you will find the same prices on their website as in store. We managed to get a huge amount of products for a great price.

I would definitely recommend this store for any equipment for camping or outdoor activities. It is definitely worth a look, and I would definitely recommend purchasing the discount card.
