I recently bought a berghaus rucksack here reduced from £59.99 to £29.99 thinking I'd got a great bargain - only to discover that the RRP was actually £30 and I could have got it for £22.50 online.... so beware!!!!!!!

When I contacted millets they said that the rucksack had never been on sale for £59.99 and blamed human error 'inexperienced weekend staff pricing one bag wrongly' (even though the ad also appeared on their website and all the rucksacks of this type were marked in such a way and the manager of the store had confirmed that they had marked the bags as advised by head office).

Also as I had removed the tags, they were unwilling to discuss it any further and allow me to return it for a refund.

So beware....don't get caught out like I did - check the real price before buying - it may be the reduced price!
