As a touring bicyclist from outside the area I found them efficient, helpful and genuine. They seemed knowledgable about the needs of a touring cyclist and prepared to put themselves out. They gave acurate information and followed the instructions given. They carried out an effective repair very speedily. The shop displays a wide range of spares and accessories and has a wide selection of new bicycles for sale. This shop is well worth a visit.
Stonehenge Cycles has been going for years. They are situated in Salisbury in Fisherton Street. Mr Haynes began the business in the 1890's in a small shop along Water Lane. then the business expanded to where it is now in Fisherton Street. There is a wide range of cycling equipment. I am part of a group called C.O.G.S. Cycling Opportunities group for salisbury, and members are allowed a discount when they produce a membership card. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and there is website. When I've remembered what it is, I'll let you know. National Bike Week is a great event to look forward to.
