I ordered a couple of small items from Zenith 40 days ago, to this day I am still awaiting products and any kind of feedback from Zenith Sports. I have sent emails, repeatedly call their number during the times specified on their website, to no avail. Do yourselves a favour, steer clear of this company regardless of price, the time spent chasing your order, the frustration of not getting any kind of response is not worth a half price pair of gloves, restrung stick or a single ball. Before i bought from Zennith i had a look around the other top English sites (UKLacrosse, Hattersly) and i bought from Zennith because it had a decent product range and reasonable prices. Also it just so happened to have the exact head i wanted and no one else did. The Brine Answer. If you want your kit quickly and or expect any form of customer service reply then dont bother - not until I started proceedings with Visa to re-claim the money did I get a responce.

Zenith sports is a sports website which mainly sells lacrosse and cricket equipment. I recently shopped at Zenith for the first time with my boyfriend, with him buying a new lacrosse stick and a packet of balls for me for my birthday. One thing is that the waiting time was quoted as being 21 working days which we didnt actually realise or see until after we had placed our order. 21 working days is a long time and I have to say I was pretty dissapointed because I was excited about getting my things.
