When it comes to honey it's not really something I've ever really consumed in my lifetime really. However my mate bought me this because after she researched into honey many years ago she realised that it had alot less fewer calories than regular sugar in it (about 40% less according to my own research) and that it has many health benefits (again my own research showed it contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and C and that honey contains protein, no cholesterol at all and only 2 percent sodium, making it virtually sodium-free) and she felt it would generally be good for me due to it's anti-bacterial agents and I was just recovering from a sore throat/cold at the time I ...
