      Very helpful

Try it if you can afford to, I know that I can't

Rowse Luxury Lemon Curd, this has to be about the most luxury lemon curd you can buy. I really like lemon curd and use it a lot to make lemon curd cakes therefore I'm always on the look out for good quality cheap lemon curd.

I bought this one online after it was recommended to me by a friend. All of the pictures above show jars of products but mine came in a really helpful squeezy bottle which saves me trying to get the dregs out with a spoon. It's a small bottle about 300g and completely clear so that you can see the bright yellow of the lemon curd inside.

It has a very tangy lemon taste which is perfect for making lemon curd cakes for but is also good for sandwiches. The smell is also very lemony which I like mainly because I like lemons. The texture is really quite thick but doesn't stick to the inside of your mouth which is nice.

What makes it really special is that each bottle is handmade in very small batches to make sure that they all have fantastic quality. I have to say that it is great quality and very nice and lemony but I think I'd rather just stick to Tesco Value, it's a lot cheaper as this bottle cost me £4!!!
