... toast, ryvitas or oatcakes! The fat content is pretty high, however, it does all seem to be 'good' fats with a little bit of bad sneaking in from the cream cheese.
The taste like i said is very fishy, with a strong mackerel flavour but not overpowering as you can still taste the lemon, and cream cheese - it is also very peppery. The overall quality is amazing and it really does taste homemade, I recently stocked up on this and decanted it into ramekins for a starter when I was entertaining for friends, I sneakily passed...more

Wow! This stuff is amazing! Basically, it is what it says on the tub, a tasty pot of mackerel pate with a very strong flavour - for those of you who are not fans of fish - stay well away. This product costs £1 (for 115g) and will serve about 3 lunch's so it is pretty good value! (each lunch is 3 cracker breads with a generous helping of the product). It is also the type of product that is nice to have in the fridge for a snack before you get home from work, but be warned - it is very morish.
