      Yummy on toast!

For some reason Dooyoo have given me the wrong picture at the top of this page lol. The title is right though! Just thought I'd point out that out before I start on this review just to be clear lol.

I seriously love marmalade and I get through pots of the stuff a week and I simply can't live without it and my preference is thick cut marmalade and this is the one I usual consume!

      The Packaging....

454g glass see-through jar with a gold twist on/off lid to the top of it with a safety button on that to let us know if it's been opened or tampered with before we purchase it. On the front of the jar around the main of the body of it there is a picture of oranges on it and on that I'm told it's Sainsbury's Thick Cut Orange Marmalade and there is an at a glance nutritional pye chart on there for ease of use. Other information on there includes ingredients and information on how to store it, contact details for Sainsbury's are given, full nutritional information is listed, I'm told it is Vegetarian & Vegan and finally there is a bar-code on there. Nice enough jar....this is.

      The Marmalade....

Thick, orange in colour but really easy to spread. Nicely sweet and sour all at the same time, this has lots of thick cut orange peel that is fermented throughout it and is plentiful. It's tangy and rich tasting and quite bitter and to me I think this is an acquired taste... definitely mine! I love the way it's easy to spread but isn't sloppy and/or runny but isn't too stiff to use either and a little of this goes a very long way making this a really economical purchase in my humble opinion.

This is a really nice tasting marmalade in m view, and one of my all time favourites!
