St Dalfour "Rhapsodie de Fruit" is yummylicoius. It is a great alternative to marmalade and the bonus being "no added sugar". A lot of no added sugar products are awful due to the fact they have been filled with sugar subsitutes like aspartame. Which may or maynot be good for you. St Dalfour contains natural occuring sugars. Product The product is not a marmalade or a jam so has been labelled Orange spread... but to be honost if you put spoonful on bread with a spoon of jam/marmalade on another you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. This is my favourite marmalade/ jam spread by a million miles. I've told you this a billion times and I'm not exaggerating! The best thing about it, is the 'no added sugar' but it still has a great taste. We tend to only have only brown bread in our house, so I usually have to smuggle the lovely crusty white loaf in, and then have to find a good hiding place. If I'm caught by The Woman, it usually means I'm grounded for one night for being sneaky. Lately I've been leaving the white stuff in the car.
