Tesco Smooth Peanut Butter, 340g - 97p

I adore peanut butter!!!
Due to this, I have tried every brand that I have come across. I have to say that, at the moment, this is my favourite!

The design has changed since the picture was posted above (and I think the recipe may have changed since then as well as it seems to taste a little nicer now).
It now comes in a short round tub. It has a blue label and lots of pictures of bright yellow peanuts (in the shell).

The peanut butter has a rich taste and you can actually taste the peanuts. It is also very creamy and easy to spread. There is not too much sugar so you don't have that nasty sugary sweet taste that some brands seem to have.

I actually prefer crunchy peanut butter but have to buy smooth as my son won't eat crunchy. It is still very nice, but sometimes I miss having a bit of 'bite' to it. This brand is very, very soft and smooth, and it isn't thick like some brands are.

100g contains...
615 Calories
23.2g Protein
14.6 Carbs
5.2g Sugars
51.3g fat (9.3g of which are saturated)
1.1g salt.

As you can see, it is not that good for you! A lot of it is the peanuts though, which are very fatty anyway. But nuts are a good fat, which is the excuse I use to be able to eat it on a regular basis, lol!

Overall - A very nice product. Great value for money, and I actually prefer the taste of this to other more expensive brands.

Summary: Definitely worth a try!
