This model is designed to provide storage solutions to help address the needs of midrange and departmental storage requirements, and to deliver high performance and high availability, with scalable storage capacity.

The DS3300 DC Power Model 32T is packaged in a 2U, 12-bay disk drive enclosure with dual-active RAID controllers supporting RAID levels 0, 1, 3, 5, and 10. The Model 32T has four 1 Gbps host ports for IP network connectivity. The 2U rack-mount enclosure holds up to 12 SAS disks or up to 12 SATA disks or a mix of up to 12 of both drive types. The internal physical storage capacity of the DS3300 scales up to 3.6 TB using 300 GB SAS HDDs and up to 12 TB using 1,000 GB SATA HDDs.
