JMR Modular Tower MT38 ... designs have standard features that include; hot-swappable canisters, locking front door, environment and device status LEDs with audible alerts, hot-pluggable N+1 power supplies, and hot-swappable ball-bearing fans.

The SCSI single channel units feature built-in auto sensing SE/LVD termination so an external terminator is not required. The Fiber tower has built-in loop by-pass circuits to maintain the loop connection even when a device is not present. Features include dual hot-swappable ball-bearing fan, hot-swap N+1 power supplies, and built-in port by-pass for each slot, MIA support and dual I/O fiber loops.
