Winny_says BPP Accountancy Courses: ... - CIMA I have been studying with BPP for the past couple of years, having switched from FTC Kaplan (so many mistakes in their texts!), and have found them to be professional, helpful and they ve managed to get me through my exams to date! I would highly recommend them for any accountancy qualification. You can easily book courses by email/fax/on-line and its possible to mix & match course location and typ...

This review is partly about studying history, and, inevitably, partly about my own particular reasons for being a history geek. I won t be offended if people don t fancy reading through it, history does seem to have a very specific audience - even though everything (including football, chocolate and music) has a history all of its own. I have tried to keep it short and sweet(ish) (by my standards at least) and it does end up with a few possibly controversial points. It is merely intended to ...

kei102 BPP Accountancy Courses
... m currently using BPP study materials and attending their day release classes for the ACCA F8 paper so this will be a review of my experience with them so far. Classes generally start on time (9am) with several 10-15 minute breaks in between and a one hour lunch break. Although classes end at around 4pm you can stay behind after with questions for the tutor who would be more than willing to answer. One thing which I particularly dislike is the disruption caused by late comers and the classes do get pretty crowded sometimes. As with all BPP study centres, there are usually classrooms that are vacant which you can use (ask at the reception) to study in. People will hav...

LouisDoyle Engineering at Bristol University
... started at Bristol in September 2009. I am in my first year studying for a MEng in Civil Engineering with Study in Continental Europe. I chose Bristol because it has a good academic reputation and I liked the city when I came for the open day. Since I arrived here the faculty of engineering has impressed me greatly. The pastoral care system seems to work very well. We are allocated a tutor who is responsible for about 6 people and I have already been given a lot of great useful advice from him. The way things work at university is very different from school and this was initially somewhat daunting. However, with a good amount of encouragement from lecturers the tr...
