King's is one of the few universities that offers "X" with management courses. I chose French as my main option (the course was 3 parts french to 1 part management) but there were various other options ranging from other languages such as german to computer science and biochemistry. The course was split so the french part was exactly as if I was studying a pure french degree (options from language, literature, history, culture etc) and the management part was a prescribed course with units in all the main areas - economics, management, accounting, marketing...)

I had originally intended to study french on its own (a great choice since there are so many options to choose from you'll always find interesting to study) but then I decided that combining it with management would give me better career prospects.

I had a fantastic time at King's the lecturers were all great and with class sizes of around 10 people in the french department you get to know everyone very well.

The opportunity to spend a year in France is also a great reason to take this course, although I would recommend studying at a French university or working rather than the British Institute if you choose to go to Paris.

The course certainly worked for me helping me get lots of interviews with top consulting companies and setting me up for my career.
