Like most girls, I could probably be accused of taking far too many clothes and shoes on holiday! Every year I find myself packing the case, weighing it, emptying it, repacking it, weighing it again and finally getting it to an acceptable weight for the flight out, only to have to go through the whole process again when packing to come home and trying to fit all of the souvenirs in too. One of my gripes with a lot of suitcases is that they are so heavy on their own and take up 5 or 6kg of the baggage allowance before you even put anything in them.

So I finally purchased one of these worlds lightest suitcases. I have to admit I looked at these several times in the shops but always felt that they seemed so flimsy and wouldn't withstand the baggage handlers at the airport, however after reading many reviews of the suitcase and being slightly reassured by the 10 year guarantee, bit the bullet and paid £50 for a large size case.

I can safely say this is the best case I have ever had. Weighing only a couple of kilos I can fill this to the top and still be able to comfortably lift it. No more worrying about going over the baggage allowance. It is very roomy inside unlike some cases which seem to be filled with the handle mechanism. It has a very large cushioned handle which makes it comfortable to carry without the bar cutting into your hand, and perhaps most importantly, it is made of sturdy stuff. I have now had this on 3 flights and it is still fully intact. It is a stylish looking case, and I see that there are now a variety of designs on sale too if you want something a little trendier.

Overall, this is a must for anybody who travels abroad with everything but the kitchen sink! I will be purchasing another in the smaller size for shorter trips too.
