I have a pale complexion and tend to burn in the sun quite easily. I therefore have to make sure I always have some after sun lotion at hand. I tend to buy whatever is on offer but usually stick to brand name products I know will be good quality. That is why I bought this Garnier Ambre Solaire After Sun lotion. Occasionally when we get sun I do like to take in a few rays. I do use sun cream/oil usually as I'm very fair skinned indeed however I'm not always as careful as I should be and don't bother slapping the stuff on if I'm only nipping over the shop or something quickly and thats usually when I get burnt! A couple of weekends ago a heatwave hit Britain and we reached over 30 degrees here in the north west. I was out in the garden for 3 days straight, and after that I was so sunburnt I could not go out.
