The bottle advises you to use sunscreen between 11am and 3pm so it is no way encouraging you to lie in the sun all day covered in it which is what my boyfriend does, there is no way I would get away with this though.

I buy carrot oil to use on the last couple of days on my holiday. I would never use it to begin with thats asking for trouble but I use it to darken my skin when I already have a tan and just want that last kick before returning home. This bottle cost me £2 from my local bargain shop for 250ml with 18m life. Carrot oil is designed to give a deep long lasting tan by intensifying the sun rays.
