Advantages: Removes excess tan from hands

Disadvantages: Strange smell

The St Tropez Self-Tan remover is a metallic shiney liquid which contains a light exfoliator to remove self-tan up to 4 hours after application. The product comes in a pump bottle and has recently been repackaged in line with the new St Tropez brand. It has a strange smell and the texture isn't very nice but the product does actually work to remove self-tanner.

I run a mobile spray tanning business and end up covered in self-tanner from cleaning the tent and handling the products. If my palms are particularly tanned I use this to remove the tanner and it works in no time even if the self-tan I have used is not St-Tropez.

I do find that this leaves my hands extremely dry and tight for a few days afterwards and I haven't ever tried to use this on my body to remove any self-tanning disasters.

Good to have to avoid bronzed palms but I wouldn't use it all over to remove tan.

Summary: A useful product to have if you use a lot of self-tan
