I always always have a tub of Vaseline Lip Therapy in my make up bag and usually one in my handbag too as its something I wear everyday. I think these pots are so handy and they work really well on my lips which is why I have continued to use them over many years now. Basically a tub of Vaseline Lip Therapy is basically a little flat disc of a tub that contains Petroleum jelly. Petroleum jelly was produced in the US in the latter part of the 1800's by a gentleman called Robert Chesebrough. He then coined the name Vaseline. Ever since its invention petroleum jelly has been known and promoted for its healing properties. Its a bit like a wax substance although its not as ... Read the complete review

Queueing in Boots the chemist is not my favourite thing, mainly because they have so many offers on around the till and when I bought this Vaseline Lip balm, it was no exception. My daughter uses vaseline regularly as well as my daughter in law and it was buy 2 get 1 free......I thought there was no harm in trying it. Now Im not a real idiot but I did struggle at first to get the lid off as I was pulling with all my might (arthritic fingers tugging like crazy) when i realised, once swift turn of the lid would have done the trick. Result the lid was off this compact small tin, silver coloured on the base and white and yellow lid. Now the 'grease within' is ... Read the complete review

Vaseline have been looking after our lips and our skin for years. They have done a very good job of it too. Vaseline is made by unilever. Why I wanted this.... Anyone who reads my reviews knows I have sensitive skin, especially my lips in the winter. The cold bitter air seems to love my lips. What it's supposed to do... Vaseline say this is the perfect lip protection against the sun. With its SPF 15 it will heal broken or cracked lips effectively while providing protection from the sun. Packaging.... You don't buy this in a box, it comes in a small tin that is very handy to put into your pockets or handbag. The colours are ... Read the complete review

I do like the Vaseline lip therapy range and have tried many of the ones available as I seem to buy one then throw it in a bag and end up losing it for a while and so buy another one! The one which currently sits on my dressing table at home so is always available when I need some whilst at home is the lip therapy with sun protection mini tin and this is my review of that. What I like about the Vaseline lip therapy tins is that they come in a small tin which I find hard wearing and protective for the contents inside but which is also quite nice to look at and so I don't ever feel embarrassed about using the product as I feel it is quite fashionable in a way ... I bought this earlier in the year as I like to keep my skin protected from the sun as I am very wary of sunburn due to how pale I am. It never crossed my mind before I saw it in the shop that my lips needed protecting! Anyway, I decided to pick it up and use it for the sunny days when me and my boyfriend went on days out with his little boy to places such as Cleethorpes beach and generally places out in the open with little shelter from the sun. The product contains SP15 which is quite a strong sunscreen, and also shea butter, which moisturizers the lips. I got mine from Boots and paid around £1.45 for the 20 gram tin which I think is a fair price. The lip ... Read the complete review
