These shades look really sporty and they are graet for general running and riding as they have a very good fitting system with a double-snap nosebridge and adjustable arms.

The coolest thing about these glasses are that the lenses change in accordance to the surrounding light and they never ever steam up, which is important if you are using these for sport.

I wouldn't reccomend these for general/casual use or in extreme conditions as you would be wasting your money if you were buying them to look good in which you won't anyway because they weren't designed with that in mind. They were also not built to withstand extreme conditions so look elsewhere.

A better all round choice would definately be one from the oakley range most probably the minutes.
