==Description==
These glasses come in brown, black and tortoiseshell. Black does not suit me but brown does so I bought the glasses in a tortoiseshell frame and dark brown lenses. The frame is sturdy and well made and fits over my ears comfortably. The bit over the nose is comfortable too and I do not find they slide off my nose.
The lenses are dark but you can still see my eyes underneath. The lenses are thin and despite being from Ray Ban have a bit of a plastic look. If it ...more

I always wanted a pair of ray bans as they seem to the Rolls Royce of sunglasses. I would Hve loved a pair of their signature aviator style glasses but they did not suit my face shape. The Cats style is slightly less pear shaped than aviator glasses so suited me much more. This style of glasses suit the pear shaped / rounder face shape. ==Price and availability== Ray Bans are stocked in most sunglass places including Debenhams, although the only seem to bring them out in the spring collections. I always used to say that I would resist the temptation to have designer sunglasses, I thought they were an expense that was not really necessary and when you can pick up cheaper sunglasses that still protect your eyes from sun damage and look ok then why bother, well those were my thoughts until my lovely other half offered to treat me to a pair of sunglasses as a holiday present. We were in the airport and as the prices were a little bit cheaper there then I was soon drawn to the large number of sunglasses counters that were in the airport.
