Maom Chewtwo are the latest sweets from the Haribo Maom range and offer something uniquely different. Very similar to Maom Stripes, these sweets instead combine two seperate flavours in one chewy strip! These flavours are a bit of a bizarre mix and blend but strangely, they all kind of work!
There are five flavour combinations which consist of cherry & banana, apple strawberry, orange & lime, cherry & cola and blackcurrant & lemon. My favourites are the cherry and cola but, sadly, there always seem to be less of these in my packet than the other varieties! That said, all of the flavours are rather yummy though, as with all the Maom brand, I do find these a bit tooo sweet! At present, Tesco are selling these for £1 though the full price would normally be a bit more expensive! The sweets come in a 160g bag which is quite enough for one sitting! Yes, I did say one sitting because, like all these type of sweets, they are highly addictive and very more-ish!
Now for the science bit...
