Cereal bars are perfect at almost any time of the day and I enjoy nothing more than trying them! One I've recently sampled is the Harvest Chewee "I love toffee" flavour. Harvest Chewee bars can be found in all supermarkets including Asda and Ocado however we always tend to buy ours at Tesco. I must point out however that recently we were unable to find them in our Asda store but this may be because they were out of stock. They come in a multi pack which contains 9 bars, each weighing 22g which is a pretty average, if not on the low side, weight for a cereal bar. The multi pack costs £1.59 from Tesco, however at the moment there is a special offer on ... Read the complete review

Introduction: All of the Harvest Chewee cereal bars are currently on offer at Tesco (Buy one get one free) for £1.60 for a box of 9 bars. I bought two boxes, toffee flavour and white chocolate flavour as this is good value for money compared to other cereal bar brands that are available. What is it? The Toffee variety of the Chewee bar is described on the label as a "toffee chewy cereal bar with vitamins and iron" Packaging: The box contains 9 bars in a recyclable cardboard box. Each bar is individually wrapped inside red foil packaging that is perforated at both ends for easy opening. Each bar contains the Harvest ... Read the complete review

~What is it?~ It is a chewy cereal bar with toffee pieces, it contains oats, wheat, rice, condensed milk and cereals, and they come in a box of small 22g 9 bars, in either toffee, milk chocolate or white chocolate for about 1.60 (buy 1 get 1 free at tesco right now) ~Is it nice?~ They are quite tasty, not as chewy as I normally like my cereal bars, and certainly not big enough to be filling, but they are tasty, they are more crispy than chewy I would say. They are very sweet, maybe too sweet, it does make them a little sickly. But they tell you weird facts on the wrapper such as "women blink nearly twice as often as men" so you ... It's not always easy fitting in time in your busy morning schedule to get a suitable bite to eat for the most important meal of the day. That's why so many of us end up eating on the run, and one way to do this is with a cereal bar. My current cereal bars of choice are from the Harvest Chewee range. You can get milk chocolate, white chocolate or toffee varieties, but it's the toffee one I'm specifically reviewing today. The bars come in boxes of 9, and are currently on offer in Tesco's for £0.79 per box (that's less than 9p per cereal bar!!) though this is half price. The bars aren't very big, but they are only 89 calories each so anyone watching ... Read the complete review
