SAINSBURY,S JELLY BABIES.

Recently i purchased a bag of these jelly babies for one of my younger grandchildren to try, i usually like to keep a supply of these cheaper sweets in stock and as i have a sweetie cupboard in my flat it is really nice to see these type of sweets on offer, as they were in my local Sainsbury,s for a mere £1.00 for two bags.

The Packaging **********

Just a basic simple design a yellow plastic bag, which i didnt have to cut open with scissors, they tore open quite nicely. On the front of the bag it merely says Sainsbury,s Jelly Babies, and has a row of these sweets all lined up in the different colours and flavours, I like the Blackcurrant flavour, and the Strawberry, they do have quite a bit of flavour but not so sickly that you cannot enjoy them.

Inside the bag and they were three quarters full, so you got quite a nice bag full, they have an assortment of all different colours and flavours, Blackcurrant, Strawberry, Lemon Orange and Green, well dont know how to discribe the flavour of the Green ones, my least favourite ones, and they are just like a citrus flavour really.

They are shaped like little people well guess they are suppossed to be little babies aye, and they taste all sugary, when you bite into them you can see inside a yelly which is in side all of these little jelly babies, they are really soft, which is why i buy them for the little ones in my family, as they cant get stuck in their little throats, or they would not find them hard to chew if they havnt got their teeth yet.

I thought that they were excellent value and two packets for the price of one, i think they are usually about £1.00 something for one bag so brought four bags, but did get tempted to try some myself, and they are just as yummy as i have remembered.

Thanks for reading and rating my reviews. XX

Summary: you get a nice assosrtment and mixture of these jelly babies, they are not mainly one colour or flav
