“ Brand: Sainsbury's / Type: Jelly „
I sometimes buy these from Sainsburys just for a bit of fun really. I love jelly sweets and I know they are full of sugar and all things bad, but I can't resist sometimes.
A 1009 bag of these costs 39p from Sainsburys and they are a fair size for that price, but they are also always in the 3 bags for £1.00 offer, which I know that Asda do too, but I'm not sure about Tescos.
The teeth sweets in this bag, are a bit smaller than the ones I used to get as penny sweets when I was a child, and they are less milky in texture. They are quite tangy and fruity, and they are very soft and chewable, and lets be honest, who doesn't enjoy trying to balance them on your mouth to look like your own teeth. I know it's juvenile and I'm a fully grown adult, but it's fun.
The lips are very small, you could never pass them off as your own! They are cherry flavoured I think and they are also very soft and chewy and have a great amount of flavour to them. They are a bit harder than the teeth, but not a huge amount.
I haven't tried eating these together so I'm not sure if they compliment each other, but they are fun and cheap, and I imagine children love them, and love messing around with them. I think they would be good on top of fairy cakes.
A great tasty, fun sweet. For 39p it's a cheap laugh.
