Joosters are small bags of jelly bean like sweets made by the starburst company. They come in two sizes that I am aware of - little bags that have about a handful of sweets in them, and larger bags. The jelly beans within the packets are all brightly coloured and each colour relates to a different fruity flavour. They are made using actual fruit juice so they do taste very juicy and yummy. Joosters are definitely juicy and tasty but they are not really any different to other jelly beans that are available. Visiting supermarket today I fancied something sweet but not a big chocolate lover so looked for something different. This turquoise coloured bag with a riot of colours and depicting a tropical island jumped out at me. Looked a thought I will give them a try then looked again it was a BOGOF offer so got 2 bags for the price of 1 what a bargain. A 230g bag for 99p but you got 2. The packaging is very bright and eyecatching. On opening the pack the aroma of all the different flavours was very nice. Can there be any finer sweet than the humble Starburst Jooster? Little jelly bean style sweets of various colours and flavours with an appeal that sees them enjoyed by both young and old. I love them, and I cannot get enough of them which could have a detrimental effect on my teeth and my waist-line. Starburst Joosters are packaged in a light blue bag having been updated from the more traditional Yellow Starburst / Opal Fruit coloured packaging. Starburst is written in jaunty red on a yellow background with Joosters Jelly Beans scrawled in a comedy type font in the middle of the bag.
