I have no idea what has happened at Aria. I ordered a £30 Saitek Gamers' Keyboard and a Seagate HD. The HD arrived with a £5 Genius KB-06X. No problem, these things happen. I phoned them and they refused to deal with the matter on the 'phone, pointing me towards an online form designed for faulty goods. I filled in the form, stating clearly in the "Comments" section that the 'board was not faulty, just incorrectly picked.

Three days later, I recieved an email with an RMA number, stating that I had to return the keyboard to them with my own time and expense. Again they refused to deal with the matter on the 'phone. I sent them another email explaining that only a "Swap" delivery would be satisfactory, which was replied to with yet another RMA number, and advice on the best delivery service to pay for, after 2 days.

I 'phoned again, stating that as it was a picking error, they should foot the bill. They said that I wanted to send them my old keyboard for yet another Saitek. This is what they'd thought all along. I countered this by offering the serial number and was then treated flippantly, being put on hold for ten minutes as the operator consulted someone. It was finally agreed to do a swap.

I have to cut this short, but now it has been FOUR times I've been told this was going to happen. I've taken three days off work now and at the end of each day, I've phoned and been told that they are going to do it the next day. Every time I 'phone them, the tone is flippant and nonchalant, it is as if they STILL don't believe me. There are NO notes on my order to indicate any of this, so each time I call I have to go through the whole sorry mess again.
