Used this company for a number of years. They do offer good value prices, however I think you ultimatley pay for this in very poor customer service. I have had a number of items lost/faulty etc and never resolved one of them in my favour, its not worth the time and effort.
If you telephone them and get through you are directed to fill in an online form of which you have no record. You never get a reply so you telephone only to get directed to said online form. I tried e-mailing customer services to no avail.
Take a chance if you want, you have been warned.
