Once apon a time I really liked Aria I bought many Items from them, then I bought a Rio carbon that was faulty it kept erasing itself so I had to reinstall my music files several times then the volume control came adrift, so I contacted aria & returned it 1 month after purchase under RMA, after a while I was emailed a number to call for customer sevices so I did and was told that they were not going to replace or refund they did not give me a reason. I wrote a letter to there customer service and sent it recorded delivery but never recieved a reply so I sent many e-mails but I have never had a reply.
I have wasted many hours it has cost me £8 in postage costs and the cost of £70 for the mp3 player that they still have.
