WARNING DO NOT TRADE WITH ariaPC
I bought few items on 01/05/07. First I had a burning smell coming out of ASUS MM19SE TFT monitor and had to ring five times in order to get the RMA number, I sent the unit back on 09/05/07. I rang three times enquiring about my refund, I was told that the unit was still with the testing technician and had not come back.

When I rang on the 22/05/07 I was told that the monitor was tested and confirmed to be a faulty unit, as of yet I haven’t received my refund. Furthermore the 2nd item ASUS1608P3S DVD RW/RAM that I just installed seems to be faulty since it has failed to burn on four consecutive occasions. It ruined 3 good R+/- DVDs and 1 RW DVD. I am unable to format the ruined RW disc; I get a message reading “NO RECORDER AVAILABLE THAT SUPPORTS ERASING DISC” (saved as print screen). Each time a disc has failed to burn, the computer messes up and the DVD drive uninstalls itself. I have even saved the log for the last 3 failing disc. (which I sent as proof and attached it with email)
I have wasted hours behind all the problems that Aria PC has caused without any success. I sent an email on the 2/06 explaining all the problems I was incurring to your Customer Services cserve@aria.co.uk to which I have had no reply of any sort. What is the point in buying things from you? When you’re after sales services is zilch zero nil and I would warn anybody from buying anything from you
