I've been a customer of Aria's for a few years now, you could say they're my favorite retailer. They're priced VERY competetively, which was one of my first reasons for shopping with them after a friend told me to check them out (cheers Tank).

I've ordered from them on a number of occasions, the delivery has always turned up withing 48 hours of order (occasionally I've even had next day delivery at no extra cost).

I've bought all sorts of parts from them online, processors, graphics cards, memory, hard drives, cases, cpu coolers, keyboards, mice, motherboards, etc... I have only ever had to return one motherboard which I couldn't get to boot. I took it to their store in Manchester, where they tested it on the spot, found the fault (which was unfortunately irrepairable) and offered to refund the money as they had no more of that model in stock, or give me a credit note. I took the credit note and bought my first SLI board instead.

The staff have always been helpful and friendly on the few occasions I've been up to the store. I can't recall if I've ever spoke to them on the phone or not, but that must be good (or I've never spoke to them on the phone). I only tend to remember speaking to people on the phone I DON'T like!

They also do great deals and special offers. I got a monitor from the bargain section (£30 cheaper than it should have been) because the box had a slight scrape on the corner. The monitor itself is in mint condition.

They have a great community on their forums (which I've only recently discovered), full of people who're happy to help you, have a chat and a joke etc. On the forums you can find special offers, incentives, competitions, and loads of other good stuff. I've actually just been given a chance to test a bit of kit out for free as well thanks to one of the forum give aways. Brilliant considering I've only been a forum member for a couple of weeks.
