Compaq DLT Tape Library TL891DLX ... drives and 10 cartridges, offering 400 GB (native) of storage in a 4U-table top or rack configuration. This library is modular and can scale up to six modules for a total capacity of 7.20 TB in a 24U space.

The Compaq StorageWorks TL891DLX offers an enhanced backup speed of 6 MB/s (native) for each drive, providing a 12 MB/s (native) for a single module with two drives. In a multi-unit configuration the backup speed can be scaled up to 43.2 GB/hour. The TL891DLX is qualified with Windows 2000 and Windows NT, NetWare, Tru64 UNIX and OpenVMS, as well as Compaq ProLiant and AlphaServer product lines and supported under Compaq Insight Manager (CIM) and Compaq Tape Storage Management Console (TSMC).
