Tandberg DLT 7000

Available with the Tandberg DLT4000 or Tandberg DLT 7000, these single-drive / seven-tape, random access autoloaders are well suited for any single application server. Tandberg DLT Autoloader products have an easy-to-read LCD readout with drive and media status. The seven-tape cartridge capacity means fewer tape changes and the automatic drive cleaning feature does not require operator intervention. In addition, the optional barcode reader provides an inventory of stored data and automated media tracking so that access to stored data is fast and simple.

The Tandberg DLT Autoloader fits easily on a desktop or server and the 4u size allows two units to be placed side by side in a standard rack. Drive exchange and upgrade can be carried out in the field by the user in less than 30 minutes.
