A Comforting & Relaxing Tea with Multiple Benefits

The packaging is in a beautiful recycable box, which contains 20 tea bags. Each tea bag is wrapped, so you can take one with out the hassle of taking the box, so great to put in your lunch box.

The following reasons are why I bought this product:

      1. It has no caffeine, sugar or added flavours.
      2. I got to try it before I bought the product.
      3. It smelt good when the lady gave it to me to try.
      4. It was not bitter and had a sweet after taste.
      5. It helps out with your digestive system.
      6. My mouth felt fresh.
      7. Recycable box
      8. All made from natural ingredients

When I got this product home and opened the box the aroma was sweet and pleasant and each teabag has a string attached with a little label at the end, so no need for spoons. Place the tea bag into a cup or mug and fill it with 200ml of boiling water. Allow the tea bag to settle in for 3-5 minutes, remove the tea bag and enjoy. With the steam coming out of your cup the smell is sweet and the colour is a dark yellow colour. After a while I did feel that my stomach felt lighter. It tasted sweet and my breath was fresh.

I drink this every night, 20mins after my meal to help me relax, help with digestion and to get rid of that bloated feeling.

The ingredients in the tea are as follows:

Peppermint - Refreshes breath, cools and helps digestion. Helps with abdominal pain caused by IBS.

Basil - Gives the sweet comforting smell, has antioxidants and is a stress buster.

Liquorice - Natural sweet flavour and is a mild laxative, so helps with digestion.

Fennel - Aromatic fragrance helps with digestion and refreshes breath. Used in cooking around the world especially in Asia.

The only thing that let this product down was the price. It is £8.50, which works out 43p for each tea bag.

You can either buy this online at www.aveda.co.uk or search to see where your nearest stockist is. Buying online they tend to have offers so I do recommend that you purchase online.

If you find that this product is expensive then do try 'Hampstead Organic Fairtrade Fennel Liquorice Tea', the only thing that is not in this product is basil. This is available online on www.ethicalsuperstore.com.
