Now I am one of these people who loves green tea.

I first tried it a few years ago as I heard it was a healthy alternative to english breakfast tea and had heard that it had lots of benefits such as lowering your metabolism.

When I first tried this, I thought, well it isn't as nice as normal tea. But I thought, I'm going to keep drinking it now that I've bought the pack and I'm sure I will learn to love it.

And that is what happened. I kept drinking it and then tried some normal tea again and didn't like it with milk and just found green tea more refreshing!

Now I will only drink green tea, never have normal tea! It's more refreshing than normal tea and I never leave the tea bag in too long as the flavour can become too strong. My friends, family and boyfriend have all tried it and they seem to like it too, however they said that it doesn't have much of a taste.

As for speeding up my metabolism, I'm really not sure. I have been drinking this tea for about 3 years now and I do eat an awful lot and don't put on much weight, so maybe it has made my metabolism faster. But that could just be my body!

I would definately recommend people to try this, and if after the first sip you don't like it an awful lot then just try some more and after say 4 cups you might actually like it! It's worth a try!

Oh, one more thing to add, I've tried both Clipper Green Tea and Morrison's own and there is hardly any difference (apart from the price!)
