The tea is very beneficial for you as the ingredients chosen help digest your food and help prevent fat sticking in your system. You let the tea bag infuse in a cup/mug of freshly poured boiling water for 2-3mins until it is a dark yellow than brown. It will have a sweet fragrance due to the Peppermint and Liquorice. Here are some of the reasons why this tea was great:

I wrote a review on 'Aveda Comforting Tea' over a month ago and I mentioned that you should purchase the Hampstead Tea London Organic Fairtrade Fennel Liquorice Tea. I hadn't tried the Hampstead Tea but I had definitely bought it as the Aveda Tea was too expensive (£8.99 for 20 Sachets) to buy on a regular basis.
