... boil the water, pour over the bag, leave for about 5 minutes. Remove the bag. I know some people who leave the bags in, so it's your choice. I like to add some honey too or even a teaspoon of sugar - I know it's bad for your teeth but you only live once.
If you actually look at the ingredients, there's a bit more than just lemon and ginger....
Ginger (49%), Apple, Natural Lemon Flavouring, Rosehips, Chicory Root, Cinnamon, Liquorice, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel (1.8%).

I seem to have an ever expanding cupboard full of flavoured and herbal teas. Mostly they are there because I liked the smell in the supermarket, they were on special offer or maybe I just fancied a change. I bought this (recyclable cardboard) box of 20 Lipton Warming Lemon and Ginger Pyramid tea bags a while back and have probably gone through half the box. Cost a bit over a pound if I remember. By the way, Lipton is one of the many Unilever brands in case you were interested. It's certainly not an everyday cuppa. Most herbal teas claim to have some kind of medicinal benefits, and whilst I'm a bit of sceptic, I do believe in ginger. Certainly does it's stuff ... Read the complete review
