I treated myself to a box of these from our local farmshop (ignoring the price tag) and wasn't disappointed. The individual tea portions come in silky little bags (hence the cost maybe) and after swirling then around in water, the smell is delicious. You are immediately treated to a heady aroma of honey and then the subtlety of Rooibos. These flavours work so well together and are really good for the immune system. If you really must you could add a little extra honey (quite good if you have a sore throat), but really the taste is lovely and delicate as it is.
