Advantages: value for money if brought in the pound shop and a quality cuppa
Disadvantages: none that i can think of to be honest
There are two things i cant really do in life and that is cheap tea or cheap coffee !!!
Tea bags last me ages, im not really a tea drinker im a coffee freak, but i do understand i have to stock teabags in my cupboard because of guests when they are round and to be honest i do like the odd cup of tea from time to time.
Considering my teabags last a life time i dont really want to spend alot of money on them but in no way would i have smart price tea bags in my home (never tried them never want to lol). So on my last scout around the poundshop in town i was quite joyed to see Tetly One Cup, and even tho im not a tea-head i have never heard anyone call a tetley cuppa rancid,
my mum drinks one cup and pg tips and she reckons there is nothing wrong with one cup, and i have to admit when i tried a cup i wasnt disapointed in the slightest. Its what i would call a classic cuppa the bags are clean and the tea must be of quality because i didnt see any of that nasty tea scum that sometimes happens when brewing some brands of tea and i did quite enjoy my cup.
A top tip though to everyone out there please do look in your poundshops for tea and coffee as you can pick up reasonable brands of tea and coffee at a snip of the price of supermarkets, and if like me your not a massive tea drinker then a box of these will last you ages !
Well i havnt had any complaints about making guests a one cup cuppa and i certainly enjoyed the few cups of it i have had so all in all a quality cuppa at a quality price if you go to the poundshop ..... biscuit with that ? :)
Summary: you cant go wrong with a one cup and a shortbread biscuit lol
