Advantages: Refreshing
Disadvantages: None
This is a very low caffeine tea, that you drink without milk or sugar. Brew in a cup or tea pot as you would conventional tea. It's a green colour and has a slighly citrusy flavour to it. It is important not to swig this tea as you would ordinary tea, as this mode of drinking causes a fairly unpleasant taste. Sip gently for best effects. I would also recomend letting it cool off a bit - drink it warm rather than scalding and you will appreciate the taste more.
There are a range of health advantages - fewer calories due to the absence of milk and sugar, less caffeine which is good for the blood pressure, plus some cleansing effects - Twinings claim that the tea reduces the effects of free radicals. I have almost no idea what this means, but it sounds good to me. The drink is refreshing, gives you a bit of a lift but none of the jitters and highs (and ensuning lows) that more strongly caffinated drinks can cause.
