I have been with 0800dial since the idsn service (pay per month) started. I have had few problems and any calls to the ehlp line have been dealt with very fast and efficiently. I see others have had difficulties but that is not my experience. One particularly good point is that I do not get inundated with sales promotion material - in fact I get none. It might be nice to get an email (perhaps twice a year?) as much as anything to let me know they are aware of my existence! But seriously, this is not an issue. I joined 0800dial last december. At the start, all seemed well, with good connections and the prospects of a much lower phone bill. After about a month, though, I started experiencing serious problems connecting, so that I'd have to try several (and I mean 10 or so) times before getting a connection. It got worse and worse until I could not connect at all, and panicked. I called the technical help desk (50p a minute) and spoke to a series of apparently very confident people, but the problem wasn't cured.
