Cheap as chips (3 Mobile Phone Network)

Advantages: really, really, cheap

Disadvantages: awful customer services

I have been with 3 for about 2 years now and have just moved from a contract to PAYG. The contract I had was one of the cheapest I could find. £12 a month, but it didn't include any internet usage. It was still one of the cheapest deals I've ever had.

The range of phones is good, I wish I'd picked a phone that could do Skype, that would have saved me even more money. I got a good quality Nokia with loads of gadgets; camera, video, calendar etc. and it has lasted well.

The only problems I've had with 3 is that out in the villiage I live in I don't get the best reception ever. I can usually get online but video calling has been a problem for me. I've only actually used it once, calling from central London, but it was great. The other problem is their customer services. You always have to wait ages for an answer and when they do I find myself going round in circles trying to get the information I need within the very strict scripts that the customer services people seem stuck on.

Saying that I've just switc hed to PAYG, completely the cheapest I've found, and I'm just hoping I don't have to contact Customer services too often.

Summary: low cost, low service
