	AOL ... worst broadband I have every had. Its been nothing but problems and the support staff don t seem to care and just keep going over the same things and then say to call back another day. And worst off if I do get somewhere with the 10 odd transfers though the support services they don t pass information on so you have to go though everything again with each member of support staff. The speeds are rubbish and they clam its my phone line but its not as with a previous ISP I got twice the speed though the line and I now wish I had stayed with them. 	3 Mobile Phone Network ... Mobile Phone Network For those who don t know, 3 is a mobile telephone service provider. They offer some fantastic deals (in fact, I researched this and found them to be offering the most competitive on the market around 12 months ago - though of course this may have changed by now) and you seem to be able to get loads of call time etc for your money. They also offer a wide range of handsets and so when it came to choosing a new phone and network, I ended up going for 3. I knew that the coverage was good in my area because Mr Siamese is with 3 and has been for some years. I am glad that I knew this and did not rely upon their "network coverage checker"... 	Fasthosts.co.uk ... had been using Fasthosts for some 6 months, using their reseller account and had been reasonably pleased, however upon my recommendation I transferred a major client to Fasthosts. Well what a disaster, they have changed their reseller control panel and basically rolled out a system that doesn t work. We had intended moving some live sites from my Fasthosts account to theirs, a simple job you would think, well no absolute disaster 4 days in and sites still not live. This is a totally unaccepable situation and this needs to to highlighted.
